Face Data Summary
Virelix processes images and, in some workflows, videos that may contain facial information for AI image generation, AI video generation, result previews, and face-swap style features. Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in Section 2.2 Face Data, with additional details in Section 4 Sharing and Third-Party Services, Section 6 Data Security, Section 7 Your Rights and Deletion Requests, and Section 8 Data Retention.
Virelix is an AI-powered mobile application that lets you upload images, enter prompts, generate AI images or videos, view generation history, save results to your device, purchase subscriptions or credits through Apple in-app purchase, and contact us through an in-app feedback form. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices you have.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use Virelix.
When you use AI image, AI video, template, comparison, or face-swap style features, Virelix may process images or videos that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:
Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are addressed in this Section and in Sections 4, 6, 7, and 8.
Virelix requests photo library permission so that you can upload images to AI workflows and save generated images or videos back to your device. If you deny permission, you may still browse parts of the app, but upload and save features may not work.
Virelix currently uses Apple in-app purchase technologies for subscriptions and credit packs. We do not collect your full payment card number. Apple processes billing and payment information under Apple's own privacy terms. We receive limited purchase and verification data such as product ID, transaction ID, signed transaction payloads, subscription state, and credits granted.
Virelix requests permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you authorize tracking, Meta/Facebook SDK functionality may collect or receive advertising-related signals and app event information for measurement and attribution. If you do not authorize tracking, we limit such collection as implemented by the app and Apple's permission framework.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate Virelix, provide requested features, comply with law, or protect rights and security.

Where third-party processing is involved, we share only the information reasonably necessary for the requested feature, and we require those providers to protect data under confidentiality, security, and data-processing obligations. These providers are not authorized to use your content for their own unrelated marketing purposes through our app integration.
AI Processing Disclosure: Virelix may process your uploaded media and prompts on our own backend and, where needed to fulfill the requested workflow, through cloud, media, or model-processing vendors acting as our processors. This means your photos, prompts, videos, and related metadata may be transmitted to such providers solely to provide the AI feature you requested.
Virelix stores certain data locally on your device to make the app work reliably and improve performance. This may include authentication sessions in the Keychain, an app-generated stable device identifier in the Keychain, onboarding and paywall status in local preferences, cached credit-pack information, a rating-prompt flag, and cached image or video files used for previews and faster loading.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. These may include authentication controls, transport security, limited access controls, platform security features such as Keychain storage, and operational safeguards around stored media and purchase verification data.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You should avoid uploading content you are not authorized to share, including images or videos of other people without appropriate consent.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also request deletion of uploaded media, generated outputs, feedback records, and associated account data.
We retain different categories of information for different periods, depending on why the data was collected and whether you continue to use the service.
Virelix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Virelix, please contact us so that we can investigate and delete the information where appropriate.
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including where our service providers or infrastructure are located. By using Virelix, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations, subject to applicable safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of Virelix after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
